I bet you want one of these!!!

Check out these beautiful temple pictures! Don't you love them? Do you wonder how someone like me, on a student budget again can afford on of these? You've seen them in Costco or Deseret Book for $200-$300, right? Well, my sister in law, Kim, has found a way to make these yourself, at a FRACTION of the cost!

This is a beautiful picture, and it's big too. The actual finished size is 26" x 32". It's got that antiqued look, too.

Are you ready to hear the price? $48.92 including tax! Isn't that awesome? Well, if you're wondering how you can get your hands on one of these babies, leave a comment on the blog. I'm actually going to be a teacher for her so you can book a Super Saturday for your ward, a craft night for your ward, a girls night out for your family and friends, whatever you want, through me.

If you do book a class, There is a minimum of ten in order to hold a class. You get 10% of the total sales to be put towards any picture(s) of your choice. For example:

10 pictures = 1 free picture (10% of $460 = $46)
15 pictures = 1 free picture, 1 picture at 50% off
20 pictures = 2 free pictures

This works for in between numbers as well (17 pictures would get 1 free and 1 at 70% off, and so on). The pictures you are receiving from your benefits do not count towards the total numbers.

The temples available to choose from are: Salt Lake, Logan, Timpanogos, St. George, Bountiful, Idaho Falls, and Manti.

Let me know if you want to book a class!

I love 'em. Sadly, I was a sucker and bought one at Costco, but I know my mom has been dying for a picture of the St. George temple for a long time. I will see if I can get some friends on board cause I'd love to do a class.

Hey Cami. I am totally interested in doing a temple picture class. I was a sucker and already bought myself a temple picture from Costco, but my mom has been wanted a picture of the St. George temple for a long time. Anyway, I emailed a bunch of my friends to see if they might be interested and I'll get back to you when I hear from them. I hope it's okay, but I referred them to your blog so they could check out the picture. Talk to you soon. Erika

Okay, I may have just posted three separate comments saying the same thing becuase I didn't notice your "blog owner approval" disclaimer at the top. I just assumed they weren't going through. Sorry!!! BTW who is the student now?

Allison, I was waiting to find out some info before I posted your comment. Sorry for the delay. We don't travel, but you could schedule a class with your family if you're going to be up this way during the holidays.
As far as the technique, I checked with my sis-in-law and I cannot share the technique, but you can also order an out of state kit. If you want to order that, let me know.

Gotcha! Thanks for getting back to me! I don't think I'll be making it up during the holidays...darn. But I'll think about the out of state kit. I'd love to have one! I think they're beautiful!

Thanks again!

Cami,
I really want to do one of these. I am going to contact some friends and see if we can set up a date. This would be a great Christmas present. Sorry I haven't responded to your e-mail yet. My life has been kind of crazy lately!

Hi my name is Amy Jaeger and I'm a friend of Lara Seaver. She posted pictures of the temple photos on her blog saying she was going to be doing a class. Well, I'm very interested, but I live in Washington. She mentioned that you have out-of-state kits that could be purchased, so if you could email me with the details that would be great! I'm thinking about purchasing it as a Christmas present for my parents. Thanks!

Lara Seaver referred me to your blog... I'm interested in the out of state kits. How much for the out of state kits? Does it include the frame?

For any of you who are wondering about the out of state kits, I am still in the process of figuring out if it was just an idea the company had, or if it's actually something they sell right now. I'll let you know as soon as I know! Thanks for all your interest!

Ok. Answer on the out of state kits. They are a real thing! Go to this website: www.poppyseedprojects.com. Email them your questions about it and they'll let you know the cost, what to do, etc. Thanks!

I realized it was Kim's website! I was curious do you know if I could get enough people to commit do you think they would do a thing in Vernal or is there anyway i could learn it and teach the class maybe? I want one so bad! Also is there anyway to do the Vernal temple?
How are you bytheway? How is your boutique Idea coming along?

Hey! Obviously, I can't have her do a ward thing here in Baltimore, but I would LOVE to make one for my parents for Christmas. Do you think she'd have time to help me do one while we're visiting. (Or if she did one for me, I could get it at Thanksgiving?) Have her email me...tharmon02@gmail.com

Thanks!
