CHRISTMAS!!

We had a wonderful Christmas and love this time of year. WE are so grateful for our Savior and his love for all of us. Here are a few pictures of our celebrations!

Connor with one of his favorite presents: A microscope. My mom and dad gave it to him and he just loves it! Things that have been examined so far: fingernails, boogers, hair, a snowflake, a dead fly, a bee wing, a dust ball, skin, blood........you can see where I'm going with this.

Brett and Connor at work setting up the scope-- I'm sure this is where the idea for the booger came up!

My cute sister and sister-in-laws, with our cute aprons that my mom made for us! They are adorable and even reversible!! My mom is a fabulous sewer and my children and I get to reap the benefits.

Kenna with a cute, new dress from my mom.

All the grandkids sans Wyatt. So happy with their presents from Grandma and Grandpa.

Cute Jaxson!! Love Alyssa's face in the backgroud.

This is on of the most beloved presents of all! McKay has a very special animal named Fuzzy and has wanted a 'real' bed for fuzzy. This present was on all the lists McKay had made for us or for Santa. So, my dad is a fabulous wook worker and took up the task to make on for Fuzzy. My dad made this bed for Fuzzy-- based on specific measurements-- and painted it a nice, shiny, neutral black. Well, one day before Christmas, but after it was painted, McKay said, I hope my bed for Fuzzy is green! So, my dad had to redo it green. Needless to say, McKay was THRILLED! The bed is also equipped with a 'mattress' covered in snowman material chosen by McKay and topped with a quilt made by my mom with material chosen by McKay also. What a fun present! McKay couldn't wait to get home and put Fuzzy in it!

Treats left for Santa and the reindeer.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds.......

CHRISTMAS MORNING! Makenna is baffeled and amazed with a REAL crown!

Connor with what he loves most: BOOKS!

McKay with an art easel.

Mickey with Fuzzy in his new bed!

Connor testing out one of his gifts from Santa: A snowboard!

Christmas isn't complete without a visit to the local Santa at the mall! We waited in line for about 45 minutes, but this guy was pretty good. The kids were happy and so were we.

I love that you put your kids all together in bed. How fun is that!
